Learn Kaeru
Follow one request from typing it to publishing it, using the real interface instead of screenshots.
This is a guided tour of Kaeru. No developer background needed — if you can describe what you want changed, you can follow along.
About 10 minutes
By the end of this tour you will know how to:
- Write a request Kaeru can act on
- Watch it work, and see when it stops to ask you something
- Read what it changed, and undo anything you do not want
- Save that version of your work, and back it up
Every step has a live copy of the Kaeru interface running on the page, opened on the screen that step is about. It is the real thing, not a video: you can type in it, answer it, and click around. Nothing you do there reaches an AI or touches a file on your computer.
The tour
What Kaeru is — the app, and what it does with a project. About a minute.
Asking for a change — what to type, and the three things a good request covers.
Watching it work — reading, editing, running your checks, and stopping to ask before it runs anything.
Reviewing the change — what changed, file by file, and how to take any of it back.
Publishing it — saving the version, and backing it up so it is not only on one computer.
