Where is my work?
On your computer, in the folder you opened. Kaeru never uploads your project. When you press Save & Back up, a copy also goes to your own online backup, which you own.
Does Kaeru send my files anywhere?
Only the parts the AI needs to read to do what you asked, for as long as it is working on that request. Kaeru's servers count how many requests you make, never what is in them.
I ran out of requests. Now what?
Wait for the reset (daily at your midnight, monthly at the start of your month), upgrade under Billing, or add your own AI key. Kaeru always tells you which, and when.
Can I break something?
No. Every change can be undone, and every saved version is kept forever.
Is there a Windows version?
Coming. Join the beta on usekaeru.app and you will hear first.
Why does Kaeru ask before running things?
Because running a command changes your computer, not just your files. Kaeru will never do that silently, in any mode.
