Delete your account
Take your data with you, then close the account for good.
First, download your data
On your dashboard, open Account and click Download your data. You get one file with everything Kaeru's servers know about you. Your projects are not in it, because they were never on our servers; they are on your computer.
Then close the account
On the same page, type your email address to confirm and click Close my account.
This removes your sign-in, your connected computers, and your usage history. If you have a paid plan, it is cancelled first so you are never charged again. It cannot be undone, and there is no grace period, which is why we ask you to type your email.
Your work stays on your computer. Kaeru never had it.
In a team?
If other people are in your workspace, the workspace stays for them. If you were the only one, it closes with you.
